Refund policy
Given the nature of this product being a pre-loved book, gift wrapped, with shipping included we will not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order we may offer a refund on a case by case basis if you request a return within 30 days of receiving your book. An example of a refundable issue is if we sent the wrong book. An example of a non-refundable issue is if you don't like the book you received or you already read the book. Given there are some clues as to the book's contents ideally you could recognize you already read this book. And if you had supplied your public Goodreads profile we would have taken care to cancel the order if we identified it as a book you have already read. Given the easy way it is to edit read dates on books on Goodreads, even if you had given your Goodreads but you already read the book we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If you are issued a refund and do not wish to keep the book, we ask that you please give away or donate the book.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
